Drying & curing with infrared heat offers many  advantages   
         over convection based systems.
 

• Radiant energy heats the the substrate, driving out solvents before the actual curing occurs, eliminating the possibility of blistering and popping.

• Catalytic heaters provide a direct transfer of energy to the heat object.  The result is a much faster temperature rise and dramatically shorter processing times.

• Convection ovens require tons of air that can blow powder off the part or leave contaminents on the finish.

• Catalytic ovens consume about 50% less gas than convection ovens and generally require a shorter footprint.
